So much is going on in my life over the past few months and I can’t wait to share everything.  I’ve been into animal rights since I was 15 or 16 and now everything is coming around full circle.
I’m in Norfolk visiting PETA headquarters.  I’m literally seeing the history of the animal rights movement right in front of my face and it’s pretty awesome. I keep telling my friends that for every annoying campaign that PETA does that everyone hears about there are TEN amazing life changing campaigns that save animals lives that you never hear about.

I’m currently sitting in the AV department and right in front of my face are all of PETA’s camera negatives dating back to the 70’s.  The first binder I pulled out was the SIlver Spring monkeys from the 80’s.  These very photos are what inspired me to go Vegan in the 90’s and now the camera original negatives are in my hands.  It was as if the ghosts of the monkeys were whispering to me.  I was shocked, I had an epiphany.
Individuals really can make a difference.  And right now more than ever.

It’s hard to believe intelligent people think it’s so important to cure every disease and illness on the planet and their method is to experiment and torture our closest relatives.
People act so jazzed to meet up with aliens and communicate with them but how will we accomplish this when we fail to communicate with all the amazing creatures on our own planet?
